Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm & 1pm - 5pm
By appointment only

Services Provided:
Cleanings, X-Rays, Fillings, Root Canals, Stainless Steel Crowns, and Preventative Care.

Patients must be 4 to 21 yrs of age.

Patients must have Medicaid Dental coverage.
