The Victoria City-County Health Department Environmental Health Division is responsible for investigating complaints concerning suspected outbreaks of foodborne illness and complaints on food establishments. The Environmental Health Division also responds to complaints regarding sewage and nuisance abatement (weeds, mosquitoes, abandoned vehicles, etc.), in accordance with the Texas Health & Safety Codes Chapter 341 & Chapter 343.
