Cooking Well With Diabetes
Cooking Well with Diabetes is a cooking class designed to help not only the person with diabetes, but also anyone who prepares food for those with diabetes. This four week course compliments the "Do Well Be Well with Diabetes" series. The recipes are for healthful dishes that contain less fat, sugar and sodium, and more fiber. There are also dishes with ethnic variations, and dishes using simple ingredients. There are a limited number of spots available for each class so please call 575-4581 to check availability/register.
