Diabetes Awareness Presentations

Diabetes Awareness Presentations are also available through the Community Diabetes Service Project. If you have a group interested in learning more about diabetes, the Health Department has a licensed nurse available for large or small group presentations. Whether your audience is young or old, we have helpful information to share with you on diabetes and its' prevention.
